This note mentions how to delete Teams live event recordings.
There are two methods of deleting live event recordings (Registration, Q&A, participant registration report).
- Delete by the creator of the live event
- Delete from teams management panel
Delete by the creator of the live event
In this method, the pop-up window in the calendar section of teams, which we say edit on the related live event, is deleted from the section below.
Delete from teams management panel
From the Teams dashboard, the Live Teams Activity Usage report is selected by entering the Analytics and Reports section. When the relevant activity record is found, live event resources are deleted by entering it. Deleted resources can be retrieved again within 7 days.
