Error Code 1: LDS sensor stuck

The LDS sensor is a laser sensor that helps Roborock to perceive its surroundings. If the LDS sensor is stuck, Roborock may not be able to accurately perceive its surroundings, which may lead to error 1.

Solution:

Open the top cover of Roborock.
Carefully inspect the LDS sensor.
Check if there is any obstacle blocking the sensor.
If the sensor is clogged, clean it with a slightly damp cloth.
If the sensor is still stuck, restart Roborock.

Error Code 2: Bumper stuck

The bumper is a sensor that helps Roborock to prevent collisions. If the bumper is stuck, Roborock may not be able to detect collisions, which may lead to error 2.

Solution:

Carefully inspect Roborock’s bumper.
Check if there is any obstacle blocking the bumper.
